Gert-Johan Coetzee is one of South Africa’s most popular and successful designers, beloved by celebrities, and passionate about spreading the gospel of glamour. A true champion for fashion with a conscience, he dedicates every collection to a social cause, from demystifying albinism and speaking up for women victims of violence, to breast-cancer awareness, and education.

He is also a firm believer in developing young fashion talent, with two three-year bursaries awarded every year to enable two students to complete a fashion qualification at the Northwest School of Design, where he himself graduated.

She is certified platinum and has numerous accolades and multiple South African Music Awards (SAMAs) – 11 to date. Songstress LIRA, whose music career spans 13 years and includes 6 Studio albums, 3 live DVD’s, an autobiography and a movie; has established herself as the foremost female artist in South Africa and a formidable presence on the global music scene.

Bobbi Brown the global cosmetic giant recently announced LIRA as their first South African influencer, making her the first African to formally collaborate with the cosmetic house in a campaign titled “Bobbi x LIRA

They have graced many fashion week stages,from South Africa to Russia. The KLûK CGDT brand is well known for the sophistication in design and fabrication and their uncompromising standards in service and quality. They produce 6 collections a year, which they sell through their boutiques in JHB, Cape Town and now Pretoria as well as trunkshows across Africa. They are equally well known for their bridal and couture gowns both locally and internationally and have won awards for their “Red Carpet Style”. Special consideration is taken for each bride individually. “ Bridalwear is not like fashion, it represents a dream with a lifetime of expectations, and this is what we strive to fulfil”. Malcolm Kluk and Christiaan Gabriël Du Toit are the creative force behind KLûK CGDT.

After starting out as a sub-editor and reporter for the Sunday Times, Zanele Kumalo was seduced by the world of glossies and worked as a beauty editor and Joburg correspondent forTop Billing. She later joined Oprah magazine as beauty editor, moving on to ELLE as its beauty editor and bureau chief.

She more recently joined TPP as a content editor after four years spent in the position of beauty editor and then features editor at Marie Claire. One of Mail & Guardian’s 2009 ‘300 Young South Africans’, Zanele is now the editor of Grazia magazine.
