Good Hope FM Radio presenter & actress Ayanda Dlamini (Tini) identified the need to create a competition that will search for future fashion designers.
G12 RUNWAY identifies such talents and provides them with opportunities to learn and expose their creations to a wider audience and mentorship programs with prominent designers.
G12 RUNWAY makes giving back stylish. Design students are not only designing to show off their skills, but will be sharing their gifts with other young women in their communities.
G12 RUNWAY is about giving you a hand up, not a hand out.
The winning dress designs go into production and are then donated to deserving young women.
The young designers learn to hone their skills whilst adding a special touch and making it a memorable night for a deserving Matric girl.
The G12 RUNWAY objective is to promote and nurture the talents of today’s young creative innovators and to provide young talents with a platform for their ideas and designs
